WLI Travel Values ripoff, unauthorized debits from my account Shelton Connecticut

When recently looking at my bank statement, I noticed a debit for a $6.00 purchase for 1/13 that I hadn't made--in fact, I didn't make ANY purchases that day AND I didn't recognize the name of the company charging me. They were listed as WLI*TRAVEL VALUE PLUS.

Lo and behold, these people were taking $6.00 out of my account EVERY month for the past few months!

I NEVER authorized them to do so, I don't know who they are, what they do, etc. When researching them online, I found hundreds of complaints from people claiming that WLI TRAVEL VALUE was taking $6 or $7 out of their account every month too and they had no idea who they were!

Turns out they claim to have gotten your info from classmates.com, 1-800-Flowers.com, bizrate.com, etc.

They must be used to this, because when I called flipping out, they were very calm and said "OK, we'll take care of it." Supposedly, I will get a refund of all money taken AND will not be charged ever again.

I'm still livid. Who can you trust online anymore?
