reservationrewards.com ripoff Connecticut

I made a purchase online from CheaperThanDirt.com in November 2003.

I started noticing a monthly charge of $7.00 from WLI* RESERVATIONREWARDS billed to the credit card, the same credit card I used when I made the purchase at CheaperThanDirt.

On 3/4/04 I called Customer Service 1-888-688-5995. The rep. that answered said someone in my household subscribed to their discount/rewards service. I told her I made the purchase at CheaperThanDirt and I did not subscribe to any of their services. I requested a full refund of all four months charges. She was willing to refund this month's fee of $7.00. After I insisted and read a few of the complains about what they are doing, she then said she will make an EXCEPTION and refund all 4 months. I should see the refund within 3 to 5 days.
