Ordered from website a free offer for acaiberry and gave credit card to pay for shipping charges only. Never had time to try product, tried to call just in case it was one of those rip off offers that they send you more product and charge your credit card for more , could not reach anybody the message was the mailbox was full and also leave a message. I never got a call back or could I get thru to talk to anyone.
I thought I was OK because I never received more product, UNTIL I received my December bill and found TWO charges from the company for $87.13 on Dec. 5, 2008 and Dec. 22, 2008. I did not receive product and I can not reach anybody to be sure this would not happen. Total rip off. Now I am not sure what to do to stop this. This is a double slap, did not authorize the charges AND didn't get any product.

Hello there.
I ordered Acai Berry but decided to cancel my orders after a few days. I dialed 866-949-0138 and easily got through the line. I talked with a representative from FWM labs named Annie and she assured that I would receive my refund after several days. Just this morning, I checked on my inbox and saw a confirmation letter saying that my order was canceled and that I'll get a refund.
Try calling this no. as well, this might help you with regard to your problem.
