- I made a collect call to a relative on someone else's phone through 1-800-Collect. I gave them my Debit Card number to pay for the phone call. They charged me $ 75.97 for a 15 minute call. TCF online Banking listed WMACTL* designating who.
- I looked up the letters on the Internet and found that other people are complaining about overcharging for phone calls. I made a report myself on the USACOMPLAINTS website.
- I asked the TCF Bank Manager at 3118 E. Lake Street, Mpls. MN. 55406. She gave me a phone number associated with the charge. This number is 1-888-476-0881, She called them and asked them. They justified their action by claiming that the Collect Call cost that much. I don't think this answer is satisfactory.
