My letter to TRIPP MURRAY

After much consideration of the legal issues with “WRHC, Inc.”, I have made a decision to resign/withdrawal from the club.

 I originally became a member with written agreement that claimed it was WRHC, Inc.

On September 2, 2014 you called me and notified me of the issue and blamed it on the land owners .  As it turns out you knew about this issue   on July 27  prior to our conversation.   See email attachment  for proof . This error in judgment put myself, all past and current members at risk of liabilities unknown to them. I had been a member since   aprox. 2009 taking your word  at face value but after  this discovery  You falsely represented  WRHC.

On Friday September 12, 2014 we spoke again about this and I could never get you to see or

own the problem at hand.  You requested that we needed extra members 2 weeks before

hunting season AND some strange reason only notified me of the issues with the club , assuming I would bail you out of  the financial short fall of the club due to your  Reckless negliance.   Then you suggested we gather more members and “leave them off the lease”, was the second red flag for me. 

  I  spoke with you via text on Sept 23 after  your 2 hour call back turned into me having to contact  you 4 days later , once again not standing behind your word   .  You said you would be sending me a refund  which hasn’t happened to this date Sept 29^th …  I am giving you 48 hours to deliver a full refund via certified funds or I will be forced to take legal action against you  personally since you failed to properly register WRHC with the state .

A Club without complete transparency is something I can’t be a part of. Tripp your lack professionalism, your  zero value for others time , your cowardly no call backs speak volumes  of your  character  . 

I am requesting a full  refund for False Representaion of the Contract I paid to be a paid to be a part of.

As September 30 2014  Mr Murray has yet to refund my money and several others members as well ... This guy is bad news
