Wolfe Plumbing Hudson Valley BEWARE $500/hour!
I called Wolfe Plumbing of the Hudson Valley to perform what proved to be a very simple repair to my heating system in Hopewell Junction, New York. I was given an estimate of $1200, which was presented to me as heavily discounted. Unwisely I accepted the estimate on the spot and had the work done. Although the work performed was good, it was WAY, WAY OVERPRICED. The job was finished in a little over 2 hours.
After speaking with their customer service people I was informed that $300/hour is the average rate they charge. It appears that I was charged more than $500/hour. If you choose to use Wolfe Plumbing, MAKE SURE that you get an estimate from another reputable plumber. You will likely save several hundred dollars or more.
