There isnt enough time in a day to tell you about all the lawsuits faced and false claims reports against Wolpoff&Abramson and the companies they own Great Seneca Fin. and Platimum Fin. Wolpoff& Abramson will lie, cheat and steal to gain wealth from consumers. They sue for false debt, outdated debt and illegal intrest on debt.
Please if you get a letter from them saying that you owe money, ask them to provide vadility of that debt, by showing you proof that you signed for that debt, if they cannot don't pay it and request that they no longer contact you.
If you get a summons to go to court, go. If you can't afford an attorney or get one in time. still go. Make them prove their case.They trive on judgements by default and scaring people into admitting to debt.Illiminating their burden of proof.

You weren't one of the 200+ employees, that was let go.
I noticed you both located in Rockville Maryland.
If you are help people out with imformation, go to bud hibbs site and supply some.
Give some imformation to the FTC and the U.S. Attorney offic.
These two and all the companies they own have railroaded, people for years.
The odds are stacked against any pro-se, before they even walk into a courtroom, so anything you can offer would be helpful. thank you
