 THe management at mustang crossing apartments are ROBBING from the low income, allowing apartments to be leased by rings of women who are prostituting, drug activity,allowing illegal aliens to lease by charging extra money,several complaints are reported to the managers, nothing is ever done. We are told, if we complain, we will be evicted!!!  The water bill is outrageous! The apartments have mice, the exterminater is NEVER called out. The trash dumpsters are overflowing with trash into the parking lots and yards. There have been assaults, robberies, and drug activity on the premises. The managers evict possibly 10-15 people every month, take them to court, take their money then turn around and kick people out after they have taken their hard earned money! Why are these people allowed to take from us? We are tax payers. We are providers. We are being robbed by these people. Do we have any rights? Unfortuantly many of us can not afford better. The majority of the occupants are illegals, dont speak english, so dont understand their rights. Druggies/Dope dealers..sell drugs out of the vacant apts. The property should be condemned! Why the city wont do it, its ridiculous! We need help. The TV station has been out here before but, were thrown off the property. I am an American, born and raised here. The two so called managers are illegals, barely speak english, arent documented..but, the main manager Derek allows this because he pockets the money that is charged from the tenants that have drug charge felonys, prostitutes, and from the illegals that have no where to live due to no documents. These people need to be shut down! This isnt humane.. You have Derek who is white, and two mexican ladies in the office who are robbing us from what we have worked very hard for! I almost feel sorry for the mexican ladies because Derek will more likely accuse them of all wrong doing..
