I bought a pair of slacks from Woman Within and paid for shipping along with the merchandise. Once I received the item, I knew right away it was not what I wanted and returned it, unopened. I noticed today my bank account was only credited a very small amount and I contacted customer service to find out why. I was told even though I paid for the shipping, if an item is returned (the return label they send you says it is free returns) they charge you for shipping and handling just to deposit the amount in your bank account...so, you do not get back the money you spent on the merchandise. Do not buy from them unless you are certain you will not be returning anything!
