Roamans/Woman Within Flim Flam

I was charged $18.04 for a pair of yoga pants. I recieved them and they were too big, so I sent them back for a size smaller.  When they recharged my account, it was for $24.99.  I couldn't believe what I was seeing. 

Rather than argue with them, I was angry, I just sent the pants back for a full refund of my $24.99, but that is where the problem started and here is a timeline:

3/31/2011  refunded $18.04 for returned pants.

4/11/2011  charged $24.99 for same pants.  I returned them for a full refund and wrote precisely that on the package receipt.

4/21/2011  my account was refunded $18.04. 

This is a flim flam scam if I've even seen one.  In all of my years ordering with these companies they have never pulled something like this on me.  I am finished with them.
