comenity bank supposed to be representing Roamans they are charging me for purchases on a Roamans card that I haven't had for years columbus Ohio

 I placed an order in 2013  from the Roamans categlog but I paid with my personal credit card on one order and with a Womens Within card on the other  witch have long since been paid but they have been billing me recently  for using my Roaman credit card for the same two purchases but I haven't had a Roamans card in years so I couldn't have used it if I wanted too also as I said before those orders were paid off in 2013. This is going on my credit and I want it removed I even sent them copies of the oreders to verifiy a Roamans card was not used. This is affecting my credit  for no reason and I want it removed.
