On 2/10/09 I ordered a pair of shoes. As of this date I've not received the shoes. I got lucky and got in touch with Ann Conlee, owner, and she told me the shoes must have gotten lost in the US mail. I asked for the tracking number and was told she didnt have that info. She promised to send another pair of shoes and provide me a tracking number, in case they get lost again.
I've done some research (hindsight is so 20/20) and found the BBB in San Diego has given her an F grade and there's numerous unresolved issues regarding undelivered goods on her record. I've also found this person is involved with dog breeding, particularly Australian Sheppards. Good luck to the other person that has filed a complaint against this individual.
p.s. I'm still waiting for the tracking number on the 2nd pair of shoes that were supposedly sent!
