I purchased the TidyMyMusic software package from wondershare hoping to use it to organise my library. After downloading the "Free Trial" version I was unable to even begin because the package would not handle any large files so I purchased the full version. After taking several hours for it to read my library i tried to start using the delete duplicate option in the software. The program immediately became unresponsive and locked the computer up. After restarting the computer I tried the process again with the same results. I tried receiving any technical support from wondershare but received 1 email that said they were sorry and that I may need to try a differant program that was for iphones. This was ludicris since I was working with itunes on my PC. I found a software package from another company that did complete the task so I requested a refund from wondershare. I never received any reply.

Wonder-share Software definite Rip-off

After paying the whopping amount of $85.55 including Tax, I was under impression that I am getting the full suite of software "The full gambit" of tools as stated, I was looking for one button convenience to back up and restore my phone as I do not have time to use what’s out there.

Once I made the purchase I noticed that you guys are still trying to up-sell me by isolating both back up and restoration in two different modules in the suites with extra charges. 

I am not sure what tool kit entailed exactly, what’s the point of back-up without restoration, in any-case as soon as I realized that which was moments after the purchase I requested a refund. 

Though hid behind the policy after the fact, even though they have  30days money back guarantees all over their website

I'm actually surprised at this report, as we never will ignore a refund request. If this individual has indeed stated they wanted a refund instead of the higher level program that was offered, then they would have received said refund. 

We make many different programs, and what was probably offered was an upgrade to the program they were using, at no extra charge to them, that would be able to exactly what was needed and more. If that option is not agreed upon by the customer, then we will always make sure that the account is taken care of, as we do have a software quality guarantee. 

Without the specifics of this complaint, I'm unable to get them looked after, and taken care of. As of this time, I'm quite sure that the refund has been done, as it's been a couple of weeks since initially submitted. No customer is ever left without a satisfactory answer when they request a refund, ever.
