Wood & Wood Plumbing Plumber tried to charge me for still leaking faucet, they are lying & giving me the runarround, they are CROOKS Sulphur Springs Texas

 This is the Majorgeneral****T.Taylor & I am telling you we all know what happened & read what insulting things he(Steven Wood) said about her family member passing. Again would you want to be done that way after loosing a child. No, she is NOT handling anything any other way than she would be, although she is grieving the loss & will be for along time, you sir have children,lets hope God does NOT take one of yours & see how well you do with a loss. That was  a hit below the belt & you will answer for that one to someone! I want everybody to know how sick that part was to put in there & that ALONE shows what she has been dealing with. This guy(Clint) she said wanted the sum of $168.00, never said he was ordering a part or anything, she just stated she was not paying until it was fixed & he stormed out! She had no idea what you were doing until she called & then you still stated the part was not there because you did NOT want to finish the job as you (STEVEN) said you would via speaker phone, make it right if you had to do it yourself! If you would have stuck to the business, you brought up his leg being broke & a drug test, how could she have known about his leg being broke?? But, you sir getting personal over a death are a coward & not a man to do anybody that way,much less a woman. I am 8 years younger,but I can tell you,if she got mad,she would have come up there & you would have known it! Uniforms in large groups stick together & you sir are a coward & chicken for stating that about her son. You have 4 children, I have security clearance! I hope you never have to go through a loss like that, but God makes sure he punishes the ones that delibertly hurt his own Christian people. Because we are Christians,but will not be run over or lied to. So, I expect a real opology for that mistake. This is NOT the ONLY place you have to worry about son, This is just the beginning,so you better figure OUT SOMETHING! Because we DO NOT GO AWAY! BUT, its ALL LEGAL!  Now other folks reading this you need to know & read what the little (short coward) put & NEVER DO BUSINESS with him BECAUSE of trying to hurt someone vicously about a death. So shorty, I want to meet you out & you talk to a man about it, not someone grieving over loosing their son. You are one s****.>

So,NEVER forget that & if the mailbox is pushed down or a spider bites her ,I am coming for YOU! It will be fair if you can fight! I want a piece of you!  Now, they want to be so hateful, you should have heard his wife Leann. She stated the part WAS NOT IN!(Aug 3rd 2014) Yesterday, opf course,you get aggravated, when they do you that way! They are the crooks,not me, they are the liars & gave me the runaround. Another customer is on their site & it took them over a month to fix or not fix his problem,so I am NOT the only one. Time will tell & Karma. He(Steven) explained Clint, the plumber had broke his leg 9 months ago, so they was going to give him a drug test. These are young,still wet behind the ears people that think they know it ALL! So,now who is on what. I have witnesses to what Steven said because it was on speaker & they heard him, say he would make it right, but then all of a sudden, I was talking to the answering service when disconnected, when actually I believe they hung up. They are NOT the most popular in this town. To bring up something private & very hurtful speeks VOLUME for its self. So, now you can see for yourself, how they do. I was no more hateful than they were! I will not be walked on & no one else wood either. Never used a curse word & never said nothing out of the way of bussiness. Just NEVER deal with them Wood & Wood Plumbing, 503 Texas st. Sulphur Springs. Now you read what they put. Make your own judgement! We have posted everywhere because they did WRONG! Trying to get pd. even he said(Steven) that the parts did not cost that much.(another LIE) Its all about money & crooks & you can see for yourself. The B.B.B. Their License, consumer affairs. See there are a group up there & they thought I was all alone. No I have people! To tell of my personal loss, shows how they would do YOU.BEWARE. Who got mad & slammed the door & broke a picture? He did because he could not screw me out of money & it was NOT fixed & then come back & hit me for more money! I am sure they will be a bit nicer now for awhile! I have the judge, a lawyer & many more on my f.b. page. People like this you rise above & just PRAY & move on! If you continue, we will be out on Texas st. with signs exercising our first ammendment right about how you did! Just keep lying! God, The MajorGeneral*** & other people have my back,so Begone. Every thing that Mrs. Mary has said is not completely true. We did send an employee out to repair faucet but it needed to be replaced. She lives in mobile home so we had to order it. Our technician followed normal protocol by not charging her for the attempted repair and only charging her for the faucet that needed ordered. If we have to special order material for a customer, we try to have customer pay for it so we are not out of pocket if they change there mind. The faucet was suppose to arrive yesterday and she was on the schedule to have it replaced but it did not arrive until today. My secretary received an hate full call for the second time so I called her back to try and explain. She was very ugly and accused my employees of being on drugs and lying. She also said that we charged more then anyone in town. She kept me on the phone for at least 30 minutes, taking her personal anger out on me. I allowed it because she has been a long term client that we are grateful for and I know she has been thru a lot lately. She had a close family member pass away recently and she believes it's another family members fault. I believe that she is overly medicated and not in her right mind. I would normally not post people's private life but her choices are effecting our company and employees. I would not advise any other company to go to her home unless you have a couple witnesses to verify any accusations she may say.
