It is now nearing one month that I have gone without hot water at Woodland Village. We have been told that there is a hole in the pipeline (?) and they are desperately trying to find someone to do the repairs. Um, how long would it take? I know of SEVERAL companies that would do the repairs. It seems as though due to Woodland Village/The Bethany Group not paying their bills to contractors, no one wants to do business with them. And Kia the leasing agent had the audacity to offer us a new apartment ONLY IF we renew a lease for a year. WTF! If anyone know of a good lawyer I can get, please let me know. I am really searching for some type of advocacy group and will be going to file a claim with the magistrate on wednesday.
