Woodstock Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Sells junk cars What a ripoff Woodstock Georgia

My mother purchased a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country from them. It was supposed to be certified (meaning checked to ensure that there were no major problems) which usually means that they can charge more for the car.
Within 2-3 days of purchase, we noticed that the transmission was slipping. The first time that we took it back, they stated there were no problems. About a week later, we took it back again and we were told that the transmission would need to be rebuilt.Go figure! On a car that was supposed to be certified. Now, we know why the mileage was so low.

Although they claim that they rebuilt the transmission, the gears are still slipping (less than 3,000 miles later). I would not suggest buying a car from this dealership. My mother has already decided that she will probably trade the van in. I'm sure that Woodstock Chrysler would not be willing to buy it back even though they claim there is nothing wrong with it.
