Almost immediatly upon downloading just some of the plans it was apparent that these were not as advertised on the website. Just unusable,incomplete bits and pieces of plans I've seen in magazines and on other websites.
Within two days I went back to their website to request a refund per the terms of their 60 day money-back guarantee.After entering my refund request, I followed up with several e-mails over the succeeding two weeks.Not receiving even an acknowledgement of my request or e-mails,I went back to the website and again entered my refund request.
That was two months ago,--and still have not seen a refund or a reply to my e-mails.
Stay clear of this website.It is a complete scam!
