woot.com Shipped defective items and will not return emails TX

 I ordered a computer for my 9 year old for christmas from woot the computer is not working the display is messed up And woot will not respond to emails (the only way to contact them) I ordered a computer from woot the computer is not working the display is messed up. Woot will not respond to emails (the only way to contact them) they just issueing new ticket numbers but will not contact me. 2nd issue it should have a 90 day warranty I have called HP and they say it has none. 3rd issue the PC should have had windows 8 on it it has windows 7 on it. Not sure what to do I dont have a ton of money to go out and buy another one and woot will not make this right!!! please think about what Woot is doing to me before you buy from them!!!
