Worcester Shed & Fencing Ltd They shouted at me, hung up on me twice and harrassed my wife at our home and suggested we were liars worcester, Internet

I enquired about the warranty I had on my shed as they company had not noted the year on my receipt.  I tried calling them twice and left messages but had no reply.  My wife then eventually got through to them and stated our query and we were told that the company had changed hands and that they were basically not interested.  We were told that their warranty was for 3 years.  After this phonecall a man called Mark Kite - Production Director turned up at our house uninvited and quite brashly introduced himself to my wife who was on her own stating that he had come to look at our shed.
My wife invited him in so that he could look at our shed and straight away he suggested that our shed was over 5 years old and that our receipt didnt coincide with the value that he would consider to be correct with such a shed, basically suggesting we had falsified our receipt and we were trying to cone them.
No where in our query were we asked any questions or received any such thing as customer service.
When I had heard this man had turned up at my house uninvited I rang him and asked what the outcome of his visit was to be told that he wasnt interested in our problem, that they only warrant a shed for 12months now not 3 years and that I had quoted that a competitor of theirs gave 5 years warranty and that he wasnt interested in what they did either.
After a conversation with him he shouted down the phone at me and then hung up!!  I waited 5 minutes and then rang back to ask why he had done this and suggested that he does this if customers do this to him, which confused me as I had not done any such thing I was just very suprised at the lack of care, interest and after care that he was willing to provide me.  On my second call he was very rude, threatened me to meet face to face to sort this out and then hung up on me again!!
Basically my wife and I were treated like conemen, no after care service they weren't bothered that we had bought a shed from that company as they didnt own it at that time and offered us nothing!! Absolutely disgusting customer service and I advised anyone who deals with them in the future to go elsewhere.
