I received a letter that offer services with credit card debts from Worden and Associates, they promise to liquidate my debt in 3 years ,that I will not be served and told me not to answer the credit cards calls or make any more payments and do not answer any other programs or oportunities that help with my debt, because they will take care of it,all I had to do was pay $356.64 a month for 3 years.
I was served on September 2016 and they say they will take care of it, now I have been notify to be in court again and my debt is higher. I am on SSI ,I dont have a car and can't afford a taxi. much less an attorny I need help andI am sorry if my report is not correct.
My case was closed and I don't know if I am going to jail ,I need a civil attorney appointed by court ,I need to reopen my case Worden and Associates didn't do anything for me ,Maria Ramos is no where to find I sspeak spanish ,and I need help
