There is never any parking, they take annual fees without any notification and they did not tell me when I joined. They took $99.00 after I had joined for two months!! I finally can get in to the gym with a friend and they tell me "sorry you NOW have to pay $15.00 for the guest, when I was told guests are free when I joined. AGAIN, no notification. The customer service, oh yeah there is none!!!! You are directed to website where no one answers you. I will never join Work Out World again!!!!
