Worker's Compensation Aka Maryland Workers Compensation Aka Lumbermans Underwriting Alliance Workers ripoff compensation is strickly for the employer not the employee, Starve you out, Break you till you have lost everything and have to go bankrupt so they don't have to pay for the medical bills either Baltimore Maryland

Well, Gee what can I say Maryland's Worker's Compensation is no better than the others it is all for the EMPLOYERS not EMPLOYEE'S so beware.

1. The will send out PI's (they would rather pay that guy to catch you doing something wrong then to pay you for being injured.

2. The doctors they send you too are unreal and they do not go by the same code of ethics others in the state have to go by (Hmmm wonder why or how that is?)These are called your IME's. Independant Medical examiner is wrong they are nothing more than insurance company whores. You tell me what to say and for $700.00 to $2000.00 I will say what ever you want me to say.

3. They force you into bankruptcy so that they do not have to pay medical bills. Let the government pay for it why not? So now you have lost your standing in life, good credit, are now on welfare, and still cannot work and still not getting paid.

4. Okay now you lose your home because it takes them so long to get you in for a hearing and now you are homeless. Gee homeless they don't have to worry now you have no bills and are broken and you have to go back to work. BUT WHEN YOU CANNOT YOU ARE SCREWED PERIOD. Trust me I know I am one that was screwed like so many others in this country.

I hope you all go home and sleep well at night in your warm houses and nice hot food and Christmas is coming OH YEAH remember Commissioner Press when you didn't care about me or my children at Christmas last year and now here is another one just a lot lighter and broken even more this will make 4 Christmas's my children have nothing for Christmas.
