Worktree.com and resumemessenger.com are scams. They lied about what they're sites are able to do for people looking for work. They claim to have all this hidden knowledge about companies with high paying jobs, but it was a lie, a scam.

They found my information off of a job search site. I had my resume posted on there with my address. I learned about them because they sent me a post card in the mail. If you have received this card, Buyer BeWare!

I purchased resume messenger because they claimed that it would connect me to recruiters looking to hire someone with my credentials. And believe me, my credentials are enviable. I thought buying the service would be a great way to get more exposure and it would help me find the job of my dreams, as they so eloquently claimed. It didn't.

Instead resume messenger sent my resume out to any, old company, to companies that weren't even hiring. As of yet I have only received a few responses, all of which have been apologies stating that they are not currently looking to hire. If their service is a hit or miss type thing, as in, they have no idea who they're sending your resume to or why, then they should advertise it that way. They should not prey on people looking for work (people with the least amount of disposable income). They're taking money out of starving mouths!!! Also they gave a "satisfaction guarantee"

This company needs to be shut down!!

When I asked for my money back, they told me that under no circumstances do they issue refunds. They would however, give me another 30 days on resume messenger and re blast my resume. It it didn't work with the recruiters that fit my profile the first time, why would it work the second time with the same recruiters? It makes no sense and is just a non sense response to my request. Aside from that, they threatened to ruin my credit if I had the charge removed off of my credit card!!!!!!!

Can you imagine the audacity???

Again, this company needs to be shut down for their faulty scam.
