World Bank, Inc aka World Secure has a supposed financial model that allows you to "rent" certificates of deposit's in your name. This allows you to use the CD's as collateral for your loan and allow the bank to feel comfortable with issuing you a loan. They claim to have been doing this since 1957...They don't have a legitmate office, the secretary works from home/office and trys to forward all calls. They have supplied me with the documents to wire some low level attorney to start the process.
Since talking with Courtney Morgan to get things set up...she explained the process of how things work and the structure. Since our initial conversation she has yet to answer any of my calls. I've tried to explain to her that the system she explained is not what World Bank is asking for now. They want me to send them $9,900 wire to be held with some attorney until they can approve the issue of the CD's. I've been around awhile and know better than to wire someone money without them providing the property documentation of how the process works and what is expected of me. I've read some other issues with a Leslie Seymour, Director at World Bank. I understand she has been involved on some online complaints as well.
I would stay very clear of this company unless they provide some proof of their system and not ask for up front fees.

They suppodsely have funded companies, yet I have never spoken to one, even though I asked. I also was asked to wire some money to some low level attorney and refused. They claimed that they had an office in Washington DC and I called the office buidling and found out that they have never rented office space at this building. I would stay clear, we deal in facts.

We have referred over 17 individuals and corporations to World Bank Inc. over the past 11 years and have had outstanding results on 12 of them. You have to have a viable project and have all of your ducks in a row. They are NOT fast, It takes 1 to 3 months to go through their process but we have seen wonderful results for amounts from $500K to $100M. They have been around for over 50 years (and sometimes move like it).
