I was doing business with world beauty wigs and the owner Helen shipped my customers products to the wrong address and i lost a lot of money. She will refund my money are ship me the correct products. Can anyone help me in reporting this company from stealing american money without any consequences. I was told i could contact US Customs to stop any and all business from reaching america?
I purchased 3 full lace wigs from HELEN at world beauty wigs in China and I still have not received the wigs. I paid with money gram and therefore they stole my money . If I paid with paypal they would have had to release the funds immediately due to the merchandise wasn’t received because fair is fair. They stated that they sent it to an address that was used for blind shipping purchases ONLY. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN THIS ADDRESS AS A SHIP TO ADDRESS. This is very bad for American trading. I need to see if you can please provide me with the contact information of whom I can contact regarding this company stealing American money! I have asked them several times to release funds. Who will just ship products to an address that wasn’t given to them for shipping???? Someone please help me because I have to return money to my clients and I have paid this company as well and have not received any products. I would like to report this lady Helen for stealing my money , I have children to take care of it and to pay for her careless mistake is not right!!! Authority information please!!!
