World Car KIA Of San Antonio I-35 South PULLED A FAST ONE San Antonio, Texas

The Finance Officer pulled a fast one, did not disclose the interest rate I was being charged.  I had already said I would not pay 18%, yet that is the interest rate I am being charged; I believe he was banking on the fact I would be agreeable to the monthly payment, which I was and not look at the interest rate I was being charged.  He also listed the car as used, yet was able to have it financed as a new car (72 months).  This  is tantamount to deceptive, unethical, and unprofessional behavior.   I would really like for the loan agreement to be rewritten and interest rate lowered.  Another Kia Dealer I would like to report is the Kia dealership on IH 35 North.  The personnel do not communicate, and a gentleman by the name of Willis, (do not know his title), made a comment about having to talk to me when my son was out of earshot, this made me feel very uncomfortable.  I had called the dealership in the morning and left a message for Robert Fernandez, Finance Mgr, well, he wasn't at the location and no one was aware he wasn't going to be in.  I spoke with him during the day and he told me he would be contacting his associate who would be able to assist me that evening. When I arrived there, it seems no one was expecting me to be there, consequently, spent an evening with nothing to show for it.  Thank you for allowing me to state my case.
