World Class Ink ripoff Bought ink cartridge didn't work Internet
*Consumer Suggestion: Some ink cartridges need to be "reset"
Ordered an ink cartridge from world class ink. Recently tried to install in my printer and my printer said ink cartridge not detected. Kept trying with the same results.
I did a search on ripoffreport and read people have the same results. I am planning on contacting the company tommorrow i'll get the feeling i won't be pleased. I want a refund in that i bought a cartridge that worked from walmart.
If i can get someone on the phone i will update i think the company sells bunk ink cartridges pure and simple.

I believe your problem is that the cartridge was not reset. It has a chip on it that your printer reads.
This is a common problem with refilled cartridges.
