I ordered a fuser for a printer, and never received the product. My credit card was immediately charged. Whenever I called the company, the RECORDING always said even though it was during business hours, all sales reps (HA! what a joke) were busy. This is a scam website! STAY AWAY I have also filed a report with Trenton, NJ BBB.
