This corporation who last voted onbylaws  in 2012, was legally void in 2001 in DE.This is why I could notfind them any place as a non profit on guide star, or the Irs site. What bothers me about this corporation is that they have held clown school in Singapore.In fact their 2013 convention is Malaysia. The only CHD management I could find on the net is a prestegious chinese accounting in U.K So is this the chd that manages world clown association?I was already  wondering why most of the clown schools were run by the world clown association leaders as a group of about 12 people from their association.I could not find non profits for most like california clown campin in Riverside ca, or new york goofs. They say they are volunteers but yet sell for compensation in dealers rooms. Now it comes out that there is no non profit or corporation at all in the 2 states they say they are at, DE or Indiana.  What kinda of sham is this that is working in all the states a monapoly on the net a great way to get clowns.Moosebuger camp is also working with these people.  World clown association1. How do you say you are a non profit in DE and have  been void for 11 years, and 2 , how could you vote on bylaws when there is no association, non profit or corporation. Now you have worked your way into small towns in Indiana in the good old U.S.A. and have taken over most of our  clowns , clown schools and museums. Hidding in Churches and  under non profit titles. And worse of all deceiving people that you are doing good. Volunteers do not sell goods for compensation.  When peoplework in large groups they need to be employees. This is false advertisment in my personal opinion. This all really ,really , really FALSE ADVERTISMENT. You have no non profit  according to DE  corp search.
