If you are a Canadian investor in this company you should contact your local securities regulator.  This company is fraudulent and they are not who they say they are.  We have signed affidavits, and correspondence clearly stating the Managing Director who goes by the name of Gabriel Conde is actually Chad Eugene Willis who is a wanted felon in the United States of America, currently residing in Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Their Canadian law firm is Stikeman Elliot who I am positive is not aware of Willis/Conde background.  Stikeman Elliot is a reputable law firm whom I am sure would not conduct business on behalf of a known felon.

One investor flew to Guatemala and met Mr. Conde and others.  Upon returning home he received information on Chad Eugene Willis.  The person in the picture, Chad Eugene Willis was introduced to him as Gabriel Conde.  Thinking it may be a hoax this investor finally got in touch with the State of Michigan who provided a mug shot of Mr. Willis to him.  It was the same picture as the person in the photograph and the person he was introduced to as Gabriel Conde.  We also have other eye witness statements to back up this fact.
