Globel Escape employees falsly express vacation in my location to all revail nothing was my location, and they falsely stuck papers in my file that i did not read or sign. They congradulate you on for signing up on their Globel Escape give you a fancy binder. You have to wait more than 7-14 days before you can even get the pass codes to get on line to see location in your area, and when you do and see nothing is near you, you call the Globel Escape and tell them you want your money back they then tell you- well you only had 3 days to get a refund. I told them and sent them copies of what i signed and an taped phone message with one of their sells rep. who sold the Globel Escape deal to me and my husband. the sells persons was very rude, and had lied to us in their office about what service that we in our location of Kingsbury tx. or anything close as to San Antonio, Tx.

I contacted my Bank Wells fargo, let them listen to the tape recording of the Sells rep for Globel Escape, and the District attorney. I exspress to Globel Escape that if i didnt get my $250.00 back that i would be filling an Law suit for mis representation, of their selling Globel Escape. Globel Escape company, had then refunded my money, after my bank had also did an investigation.
Now this Globel Escape, sent my old information to this company called Escapes Midwest p.o.box 78843 phoeniz Az. 85062 stating that they are going to be deducting from my bank acct. $199.00 as of 08-07-08 for the next 12 mnths. when typing this Escape Midwest on the internet it comes under the name of Globel Escape, which has a history of other complants against this company. Can someone help me about this case. I have proff of settlement from Globel Escape that they Agreed with my bank to refund me back my $250.00. I owed no money to that compay.

Please have someone look into this matter as i will again contact my District Attorney, to find out what i need to do as for this new company title Escape Midwest sending me an bill statement.
