This company has widely advertised an impressive range of health and mobile communications products, with my interest more in the latter. First sign of their inefficiencies was in the fact that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to have an order delivered. But the potential utility of owning their unique phone and space station products made me overlook the long time I'd have to wait to get what I paid for. Fast forward to 2 months after I paid over US $1, 000 for a phone and space station, there was not a single notification from this company about the status of my order. They have absolutely no way to be reached via phone or any other live means of communication. A customer's best bet is to try to reach customer service by support email. Write them and they totally take their time - at times up to 3 days - before one can expect a reply. Nobody has ever written me from this company and signed off with a name or phone number. Their replies are lacking in empathy at best. Whenever convenient for them to even acknowledge an email, they will maneuver their ways around the problem being reported, choosing instead to sound robotic in the brevity with which they state only what they determine to be in their best interest. It took me over 2 months to realize I wasn't going to get any delivery of my order from this company. I started to request for a refund.

True to their grossly inefficient customer servicing, they took about another week to acknowledge my request for a refund, stating again like a robot that my request had now been forwarded to the relevant department and I would be contacted when refund is processed. Mute. I had to keep pestering them everyday by the email which they intentionally made the only means by which they could be reached. I now started getting emails from them at the rate of one for every four I sent, and there would always be 3 days intervals between their last correspondence and the next. They would tell me that my refund was being processed, and then, after another 3 mails from them over the span of about 2 weeks, the same thing I was told in the very first email from them would be repeated - Refund is being processed. I will be informed when done.

After 3 weeks from requesting for refund, what they did allow the money reflect in my e-wallet on their website. Really? I wanted my money right back in my bank account from which I wired them the money! But at least it was the closest I'd come to making progress with them. All I now had to do was send the money from my e-wallet to my local bank account. I signed into my e-wallet and tried to withdraw all my money from their possession back into my bank account. However, they would not let me take out all my money; their system seems set up to deny users the freedom to take out all their money. I kept reducing the sum I was requesting for until I realized that the minimum they would let me leave in my e-wallet is $35. Fine. I withdrew all the rest.

The status of my latest request started to read "Pending." I also got an automated email acknowledged my request and informing me that I would be contacted in 48hrs with the approval of my request. 48hrs came and went but nothing from them. The status of my request still showed that it was pending. I emailed again and again until they finally replied and informed me that that the money had been credited back into my e-wallet because they pay-out systems were undergoing maintenance. They apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that "very soon" all users will receive official communication from them. And that was it. I signed back into my e-wallet and found that my withdrawal request had been canceled outright. I became infuriated when I also read that the reason for canceling my with was "as requested by user." I did no such thing! All I ever wanted was my money back.

I think that this is just ponzi scheme. I am supposed to keep waiting now but all that's doing is soaking my in agony and disappointment. As of today, there still is not a single telephone contact for both their USA and Singapore offices. There is no single name I can attach to the company because they remain extremely cautious about leaving any traceable information within their correspondences. I spent over a thousand dollars to get what were supposed to be single units oof samples I could use to test if their products worked and delivered all that they proclaimed to. My plan was to then invest heavily in making bulk purchases which I could resell for a profit. Therefore I can say that I'm rather relieved that I lost this sample purchase rather than the greater investment which could have been more devastating to me. Still, this ponzi scheme must be exposed for exactly what it is.
