Pat sure sounds professional on the phone and will tell you he can fund any deal on the planet. He then gets you involved with his network of closet brokers only so that they can charge up front money. He then takes a split of the up front money and pushes all the blame on his closet broker friends. HE IS A SCAMMER IF THERE EVER WAS ONE AND I WARN ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM TO RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Pat will then not return calls and will go back to hiding in his closet. He has an aol.com email which should tell you he doesn't actually work for any company. He makes his money by lying and scamming people all over the country. He then acts like a friend as he throws you under then bus to every closet broker in the business (They are the only people that he knows).

Pat is professional and does not take upfront funds for any project that is submitted. This is such a false story that the author puts a fake name and a fake city. Nothing written by the indivdual can be proven or holds any weight. Lets get real here if you need to hide behind a fake name and city its you that should come out of the closet. I make my money when deal is closed and funded. There is not much to say here because nothing said means anything unless it can be proven.
