World Insurance Company - Giant Scam Swindled me out of $7000.00 Omaha Nebraska

These guys are classic scam artists. They denied a claim of mine, the first medical claim I had ever made, based on a remark I had made to the doctor. I mentioned I had played Rugby in my youth.

They took that to mean i had a pre-existing shoulder condition and refused to pay for any of the diagnostics that the doctors performed. I was left with a personal $7000 bill as well as a messed up shoulder ( i hurt it working on my home). They denied my claim as well as all appeals knowing that the amount wasnt worth while filing a lawsuit over - They gambled i would go away and won. I didnt have the resources to challenge them in court - they knew they would have lost.

I would strongly urge any private insurance sales person to stay away from these guys - I make it a point of telling everyone i know that they are scam artists and should not be in business - I'm hoping they dont survive the recession.
