I loan this person $2500 when he really needed it, and he was suppose to pay this money back, when his property in Or. sold, which it did. He knew I needed that money back to purchase my military time back, so I could get a full retirement from the Federal Government. He refused to pay the money, and I have been losing almost $5000 per year in retirement benefits. (I tried borrowing the money before the deadline, but could not get it). HE IS A THIEF AND LIAR.
I know personally three other people he borrowed from and promised to pay them their money.
Dan L. $10,000 (He really needs his money back)
Dale R. $500 (Steffens is making good money and refuses to pay this money back.
Jerry M. Unk amount, but lied to this person before he borrowed money from him. There are many more, but we don't know who they are.
Now he is ripping more people off using the World Lending Group as his cover. There is a Web Site, thiefusa.com that wants to know other people who have been ripped off by this thief.

I am Joe C. and filed my report on Mr. Steffens in 2003. This matter has been resolved between myself and Mr. Steffens to both our satisfaction. Buck is an honorable person and I was very upset at the time. I apologize for the problems this has caused for Buck and Donna and as far as I am concerned the matter is closed. All debts have been repayed.
