World Mark Wholesale and Trade, LLC Paul Matthews Timeshare scam Kissimmee Florida

 I was contacted by a Paul Matthews who said he was with World Mark Wholesale and trade, LLC and said he received my name from the agency who was paid to sell my timeshare.  He said he had people there who are on vacation who were interested in buying.  I was very interested in selling so I quickly jumped on this.  I wired him nearly $2000 to conduct a title search and then fille dout some paperwork for an agreement to sell.

About a week later he let me know that this was good to go and if I wanted to pay taxes later or now.  If I paid thim now it would be about a $1000 less then waiting for tax time.  I took what money I had left in my bank account and wired it to him for the taxes.  I was told that the check would be in the mail that evening and to expect it by Wednesday or Thursday (this was on a Monday). By Friday I still had not received the money and called.  Paul answered and said he was checking with the mail room.  I also infomred him that the tracking number he gave me must be wrong or I wrote it down wrong, because it was not working.  He said he would call me right back.  As you can probably guess he never called back and I have never been able to get ahold of him or the so called company.  Numbers are either disconnected or mailboxes full and forgotton about. 

It is now two days before Christmas and I sit with $87 in my bank account.  The real kicker is that I  cnnot even pay the rent on the timeshare I was trying to sell.

Both the company and whatever con men are working this scam should be ashamed of themselves but I know they are not.  My daughter and I will still find a way to enjoy this Christmas season and I pray that these people find some grace and dignity and stop hurting innocent people.
