4urpower.com is actually the ONLY company I use for buying WoW gold; I have tried others with mixed results. This particular company has never given me any grief, and the gold was always delivered on time (regardless of how long it seemed to me, lol).
I don't mean to say that this never happened, I merely add information; While this consumer may have had what in her opinion resulted in an unsatisfactory transaction, my experiences with this company have been altogether pleasant. I would tend to think the workers at the company had a series of mishaps which resulted in unforseen delays; The manner and verbage of the employee in question seems to indicate this - Perhaps intentionally (contrivance), but I don't think so. I don't even see a threat to steal money; I could take the statement in question to mean a number of things. This "michelle" wasn't the best at english, and I do believe there was frustration from the virtual "foot-tapping" (constantly posting the time..?) and obvious impatience. Sure, there is reason to be dissatisfied, but there's always more to be gained through respect and patience than otherwise. One angry person can still think and negotiate, but two in opposition cannot. I do not believe the mannerism displayed by the consumer was very respectful from the start.
If this company were going to rip people off, I don't believe they'd be going after $40; They would have been far more likely to take a stab at the much greater amounts they got from me. Several times over, in fact.
