world of tanks blitz / wargaming.net i think they've manipulated my account....to where i lose more....i lose more credits Nationwide

i believe that the online site has manipulated my account to the point where it affects my gameplay....because when you win you get credits and awards towards improving tanks.  I had a complaint against me for being profane during gameplay ( i know this is wrong ) and ever since the action they took against me ( they susspended my chat ability ) there has been an inexplicable ammount of losses that completely goes against my average winning percentage. i feel as if this is illegal because i recieve no notification of being placed lower or no notification of expected losses....this site IS NOT free...you do spend money on it if you want to advance quicker....that raises questions too....i also feel that if you dont spend an average ammount ( that they deem enough ) youre placed to the point of almost guarenteed failure over other players that do spend considerable ammounts....basically ...pay to play or youre s  t out of luck. i was reading that there is literally tens of thousands of complaints about how they match up tanks per each round....its called matchmaking that they created and put a patent on ( so they rate their own software that they created...seems a bit biased and suspicious )  i also feel that there are glitches on this site that they have almost zero interest in fixing...probably afraid of losing money...i am not the only player that notices these things about this website....plenty of other fellow players have agreed with  me and some bringing up same issues to me.
