I was approached by worldpay sales person and was told that my payment will be 9.95 a month or discout rate which ever is greater. I had a terminal that was working with a different provider and I was assured that my terminal will be working with their system. Unfortunately, i did not. They want to charge me an additional 9.95 a month for their terminal which I refused.

Cancelling will cost me 299.00. So I decided to pay the monthly fee. To my surprise, they increased it to 11.95. I did not complain, then in 1/2014 they charged my account an additional $99.99 that was not part of my contract. When I contacted customer servic they stated my contract stipulate additional charges. I never saw that.

Please let me know if anyone incurred the same charges. If so we can start a class action law suit against this rippoff.
