World Savings Loan accounting errors 5 mos. gave me a equity check & creating lates Oakland California

starting 8/06 world savings mtg was applying my payment to different acct's. then in 10/06 while in the branch they offered me money out of my eloc loan. the cs rep made two calls and verified an amount.world then cut me their check from the branch i didn't think twice about equity because at that time i had been paying on the mtg for 1 1/2 years and figured i had that in the account.

to my surprise they then demanded tha money back, which sounds good but i didn't make the accounting error i have even offered a re-fi to absorb the cost. they now will not take my payment for the last 2mos. it has become a real mess. they won't confess to there many many misstake and threats of foreclosure. i can't re-fi and it has messed-up my credit which was perfect. i have owned 2 properties w/world paid off one march,06. i have never been late. they treat me terrible.

i have written, faxed, mailed everything. they will not respond to my requests, only to say tough pay back the equity that i didn't have it's their accounting error, they won't work this out or admit to their misstake. they don't care. after all this time i have been a super client (12years)why would i want to deal with this mess. also, my record with them is been paid like clock work and paid-off almost a 500,000.00. please help before they take my house or can they i have a 400,000.00 loan in first position. i owe 450,000 and the property is worth $620,000.00 why can't they put their error back into the financing?
