To all my WWCS comrades out there who have also been scammed by Petey "Clements Walker" Ferrigan and his lovely wife Tanya "American Express" Dunphy, prepare yourselves to laugh uncontrollably for about a week. I haven't stopped for 2 days and counting and I can barely write this. I've been doing some checking on our boy and the little Mrs. and it seems that they started a Cab service in Charlotte N.C. and Rock Hill S.C. called Carolinas Cab. I read online through google in the local newspaper "The Herald" that Pete said he wanted to open a "Classy" cab company and he had "Deep Pockets" and he was going to make "Quality a priority". You gotta be kidding me. Here comes the funny part. It seems Ferrigan in a little over a year has run this company into the ground and is hanging on by his chinny chin chin. According to his website www.carolinascab.com the company is located on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill SC so I decided to look at the County tax records and the Clerk of Court cases on YorkCountyGov.com and boy was it the funniest thing in America when I read this. According to YorkCountyGov.com website Clerk of Court, Pete "Clements Walker" Ferrigan has a debt collection judgment against him for over $41,000 dollars, Carolinas "Classy" Cab has a $14,000 plus dollar debt collection judgment against them, and don't forget Tanya "American Express" Dunphy who last but not least has over $103,000 dollars worth of debt collection judgment against her from you guessed it American Express. Don't leave home without it Tanya. This is a funny Country we live in with stupid State laws when it comes to bankruptcy and I'm sure they will have the option to exploit it for all that it's worth; but....... it's coming back around. Eventually they will ruin every ones credit who they will recruit to try and help them out as they have their own, no cousins or uncles or aunts will be available to put a business in their name and all that will be left is me and a lot of people rolling around on the floor and laughing about it all. Congratulations on your court cases Pete and please give my best to Tanya.

Bingo I read what you had to say. Obviously you aren't the first and probably won't be the last person conned by Peter Ferrigan and the lovely Madame Dunphy. Hopefully you will be the last but even if you aren't the last right now we are just talking about a matter of time. Could be tomorrow, could be next week, and it may even be next year but maybe someone is going to call the Attorney General, Maybe the IRS, other state and federal authorities, hmmmm who knows. I've read other stories on this site where people say they might. In my opinion and what I have read I think Peter Trump oooops I mean Ferrigan has false advertised, misrepresented, and decided to go after certain people and run that big mouth of his against the wrong people this time. Not very smart to go after people who are smarter and just all around better at everything than you are. Mistake of mistakes.
I don't know your story Bingo but I imagine it is along the same lines as every other story I have on Ripoffreport and other websites. With these Court Case judgments the margin for error is going to get tighter and tighter around these people. Like I said there are bankruptcy laws which protect ***holes like him but a loser is a loser. All the bankruptcy lawyers in the world can't change that. Whether he files bankruptcy or not doesn't matter because like I said it's coming back around and just a matter of time. The bottom line is that Ferrigan, Madame Dunphy, and Carolinas Cab have run up a huge debt over 150 grand combined and they still they can fool the world. Time is up little buddy. When you mislead people, false advertise, and run up debt I will personally see to it that the world knows the truth about you people.

Exactly. People totally BEWARE of Peter Ferrigan, Tanya "Dunphy", anything to do with WWCS or the "Cab" company. He is 100% out for himself and does not care who he hurts in the process. Look up satan in the dictionary and you get 3 pictures of this a**hole.
