I was "approved" for a $5000 loan from a Steve Smith at World Wide Lending. I faxed him all my information including their 10-page loan document.
Steve Smith stated that I would have to send the company $634 to finalize my loan. I told him that when I get paid on February 1st I would make that deposit.
I think the good Lord was looking out for me because when I tried to call Steve Smith this morning at 866-240-2099 the number no longer works. I called their parent company WorldWide Mortgage (same address) and they have not heard of a Steve Smith. Thus I was not able to send the Western Union per Steve's request.
Although the promise of granting me with $5000 would have made my life a little easier, I'm happy right now just to struggle with what I have...$634 in tact.
