There is one group that we never hear from in this issue -- the people who bought the "American Business Index" and really love it. Perhaps instead of all this juvenile name calling Mark could provide some honest testimonials of SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

The only intelligent opinions here are voiced by people like Thelma and Rose who OBVIOUSLY know what they are talking about.

And if they are right, good people, this company is going away on its own without the help of law enforcement agencies.

I am an ex employee of wws its real funny to read these reports and to relate to these stories I could tell some stories about this place and the so called management, but not going to go there all I have to share is anyone still employed @ this hell hole @ this point is so used to making the big bucks its going to be real hard for them to work for any less,I say stay till the end get every dime you can out of these loosers,I worked for these loosers for over a year and a half,made excellent $ but I think I would have been in jail if I have stayed any longer,not for ripping people off but I was at my breaking point I think I would have lost it on one or two of the management loosers and smoked one of them,to this Mark a*s hole which one of these management position holders are you blowing ,why dont you use your real name,and I got news for you sweetie you made a statement about how great management was at the source and how most of the ex employees are nothing but a bunch of druggies sorry to tell ya honey your little management friends with there fake b***s and fake feelings must not trust you enough to tell you s**t,Ive been out with these people had some drinks had some smoke even their smoke was s**t,so maby mark you wanna do a little investigating on your buddies,working with half of these loosers you had to be stoned everyday.LOOSER

Well its been a long time since I`ve let you all some info but this is the latest i have...alot more people have left/fired from WWS,the branch managers"Ryan Kindey & Melinda Ley"are long gone and there is some guy and girl from montreal there looking after the place,the only supervisor there is Lisa Bronson,and there are only adout 9 people working on the phones still calling you people....but it seems there is still no work for them so most of them end up reading books or playing games.there are only about 7 people working in the so-called closing department...and they are still bringing in money everyday,still scamming people.All other employees and staff are gone...except Kurt in payroll.I was told that the closing date was moved from Oct to Dec now,but it won`t be long before they are gone.And to all the people that thought this was a great company "YOU WERE WRONG" And if you dont believe me....call em` and ask em`

I used to work at WWS and loved it at first, the people were nice and the pay was great! Then it became obvious that somethings just were not right like why can't we see the book we are selling? and why are we targeting mom and pop stores, dog groomers and churches or non- profit orgizinations? How come we don't list big corporations and wholesalers in the NATIONAL directory?

Mark I do belive that you like your job and the people who's butt you seem to be kissing. But you have no right to accuse people of being on drugs just because you don't like their views. Great you like your job ,,but aren't people also allowed to NOT like there job? That's the beauty of FREEDOM OF SPEACH. We are all entilted to our oponions. Just because I didn't like my job dose not mean I'm a thief or an drug user.

Now to end my two cents worth, I am sorry if you are or were a client of WWS and got burned. However if you were a client who liked what they got and paid for than good for you. I will check out the companys that I plan to work for or do business with.

I guess it is official that the Dartmouth office of American Solution Information is closing its' doors in October. The office in Halifax is remaining open as far as I know but it is not doing collections. Many people have been fired, layed off or demoted- the only ones really left in management are the ones that party with the head guys from Montreal. It looks like the Attorney General is working......

There is supposed to be another lay-off coming in the Dartmouth office of American Solution Information- at least now they are laying people off instead of just firing when things get rocky for the company. I understand that some of the new projects are out of the Halifax office- two head guys from Montreal were down a few weeks ago- not sure what that means. If I were to make an educated guess I would say that the operation of ASI is shutting down but I am not stupid enough to think that they will just go away- they will do what they are good at- ripping off people- they will just do it under a different guise.....again.

I am not sure the Mark that wrote the original letter is the real Mark that I know from ASI because the Mark I know did not appear to be that gullible and he appeared to be far more religious than the author of the letters under his name.

The only real way to protect yourself, as a consumer, from companies like these is to question, question, question them when they call and if anything doesn't seem legit or straight-forward than it probably isn't- and don't pay any invoice sent to you unless you are 100% sure that it was a solicted service or product. Any legit company would welcome questions and would be perfectly willing to provide you with authentic proof that you did indeed want their service/ product. If they can't do this then refuse to speak with them.

Also educate your employees to listen carefully, when and if they are approached- make sure they know what they can and cannot approve.

You gotta wake up and smell the coffee because WWS days are numbered and when that place does shut down you cant put WWS on your resume if your trying to get into another call center because everyone in Halifax and Dartmouth who works in a call center knows about this giant scam. Man you got to be really dumb if you think the place is legit. I bet your only making 600$ every 2 weeks. Why not go work at a real call center they pay a hell of a lot more than WWS and they actually give you a 40 hour work week.

I`m not sure why people that work for this company come on here and try to defend them....it`s not YOUR job is it???????were not saying YOU are bad, were saying that the company you work for is bad... I worked there to..but hey I`m not a bad person am I.....nooooo see i didnt mislead anyone..that was already done by someone else.. And i personally didnt scam anyone the people before me did!!!so as far as I`m concerned i really dont want to hear anyone saying good things about this company cause the amount of BAD things out weight the amount GOOD things.....sooooo if you wanna read this and think you can find ANY good things about this company just let ME or anyone else know!!!!!! PLEASE...because from what i know and HAVE SEEN this company is good for nothing!!!it hasnt ruined peoples lives or shutdown companies but these people have been ripped off and that SUCKS.

I have been with the company alot longer than Mark and I am not a dope smoking thief. I do know that people were misled and down-right lied to during the sales portion of this company and I respect people like Robert in Virginia who are not afraid to stand up for themselves and who try to educate other businesses so they don't make the same mistake. While I like Ryan and Melinda and the others, I know that alot of the time they deal with things in a less than professional manner. While you are commended for being loyal to the company who pays your pay cheque, there is nothing to be gained by sticking your head in the sand. I do admire your work ethics, Mark, and you are one of the more professional people that do work at the company. Maybe you should start asking a few more questions.....
