Hi, I ordered 2 items at the cost of $64 for my husband who is in the navy and who is currently deployed. I ordered these items on the 14th of April and still he hasn't recieved them and it is the 12th of May. Please note I'm taking into consideration that I have ordered from them once before and it only took 7 days to get to him.
I am supposed to get a confirmation email with a tracking # and I never recieved it, so I emailed them like 3 seperate times requesting this information and I haven't got 1 reply in return. I also try to call the 800 number on there website but noone answers and you can't leave a messege, it only tells you to email them and they will get back to you.
I would also like to point out that they charged my bank card the following day and it says next day shipping on orders they have in stock. If anyone has any idea what I can do to either get my product or my money back feel free to contact me.

We are not certain this is even a real complaint. Anyone with any level of intelligence would know that the military has its own mail service and once a package is handed off to them by USPS it cannot be tracked. Especially if her husband is deployed on a ship. It could be months before he gets his package. Either she thinks her husband is on a boat at the fishing lake or this is a bogus complaint. Our phone line are open 24 hours per day and we have the highest rated customer service by Yahoo. The package shipped the next as promised.
