Worldcraftcabinetry.com Cabinets Direct RTAFrank Lamark Natasha Mc Carthy Ordered cabinets for customer. Paid. Customer cancelled due to suspcious rip offs posted. They were notified Aug 24, 2015 promised in 10 business days, Sept 8 they said check mailed out today. As of 9/22/15 no check. Now email return undeliverable and website redirects to an innocent company Elk Grove Village Internet, IL

I have ordered sample doors and dealter kit for my small single parent business.  I made a nice sale and the customer chose thier cabinets.  I then ordered by check through internet.  Now with suspicous activities including no phone calls back, no emails, etc.  We cancelled order.  I did this though SUBMIT TICKET on their website within 3 days i would get response.  They said ok and that check would be issued in 10 business days.  When I tried to get with them to have it overnighted and I consume fees they let me know their accountng is done third party.  They could not accomadate me. I agreed desperately trying to get money returned. Now on Sept 8, 2015 I emailed to find out if in had mailed.  They confirmed it would be mailed out that day. I am still waiting and with numerous phone calls and emails. nothing.  As of this weekend their website redirects to another.  The peopleon the other end of this are FURIOUS that their website is linked with such a horrible company.  They intend to do whatever they do to elimanate that from happening.  Also they suggested I use rip off report and bbb which I did yesteday.  My family is in desprerate need of these funds,  This very well will kill my small business and the reputation which I am trying to build.  I need answers.  I more importantly need my money returned.  April Deltona, FL

 So now i email everday to rtacabinets@yahoo.com. new management seems to not care to refund me money. The last email i received said it would be mailed that week. That was the week of sept. 23. I had to close my business. I am now working a 7-4 job m-f and am bad sick due to the stress of all this. Hoping this rebuttal gets to them and they do the right thing. My advice. DONT BUY CABINETS ONLINE. APRIL Deltona,Fl

 After many emails. My only reaponse received was the check was in mail. I guess The wednesday deadline is up. I am officially out of business and starting a new job next monday. I am hoping we get check in mail today or tomorrow. Will keep you all updated daily. April Deltona Fl

RTA Cabinets Direct apparently consumed WorldCraft Cabinetry.  Now I received email stating that they need order number.  Which was #60000151.  The check written was check #95195151... (electronically taken).  The amount is $2986.54.  I responded and when I replied received an undeliverable message.  I had to use the email given on rip off report rebuttal.  I was told by Maria in email that she would look into it Monday.  I hope that they do what is right and truly get this to my family.  It has divided my family and business.  These funds may not seem like a lot to most but is to us.  Also, I hope to get an answer asap.  This day or two or three is UNACCEPTABLE.  I still have no number for the new company nor is there any closing greeting other than customer service and Maria remains with no last name.  I do have faith that they will make this right.  We will see.  April Deltona, FL

After receiving the rebuttal from Maria online I was excited and relieved.  Now I am back to where I was before.  After email yesterday to her on specified email she put online, I have received no RESPONSE.  I literally am so upset that a cancelled order takes this long to get refunded.  It was never even pulled or needed to be restocked.  It was still in payment stage and I feel now as I requested before I should be able to get refund overnighted to me at my expense of course.  So now we wait, I intend to daily place this on there and will inform the public of how it is solved.  Corporate policy can be shaved when their customer service and reputation is compromised by their mistakes.  Please pray for me and my family as we wait for the torture to end.  April --Deltona, FL
