Worldide Branding Whos Who International Removed $900 from my bank account. Telephoned them 5 minutes after the monies had been removed, directed them to return the monies. After several weeks they have still not returned the monies. Rhode Island and Sydney Australia Rhode Island

WorldWide Branding telephones on 14th August 2013 purporting to be a women directory I had contacted via linkedin. They gained details of my bank account fraudulently and removed within minutes $900. My bank contacted me after the asmount had gone through as it was a large amount. Having alerted me I attempted to cancel the transaction, but it was too late. I immediately telephoned the number provided and discovered an answering machine. I emailed the company demanding the return of my monies through a series of emails and telephone calls.

'Melissa' who is apparently the 'disputed resolutions officer (her title and email varies) stated the following (please note the email addresses, one of which has a 'double 'g')) :

"I attached a credit receipt. Please sign the electronic agreement for our records.

I contacted both the Federal and State Consumer Affairs Departments who advised strongly NOT to sign any 'electronic agreement' as this was not required for a demand for return of monies taken.

I advised 'Melissa' of this advice and gave her the contact details of the relevant Departmental Officers. 'Melissa' responded by once again stating I had to sign and electronic signature. I once again advised her of the advice received from the Government Departments. Melissa then did not respond and the monies have not yet been returned. This is now a month with no resolution.

Can anyone assist with information on the street address, name of CEO or the Legal Counsel for WorlWide Branding who also apparently refer to themselves as 'whos who publishing'?
