I have been with WorldProfit.com for a few months until last Friday. I got my first check for all the work I did for them and no bank will take it. I first tried my Credit Union and they called me 15 minutes after the deposit and said they can't run the check through their federal deposit system. So I picked it up and tried my regular bank and they called me back a day later and said the routing number isn't the normal 9 digit number and they can't run it.
I have tried to contact them for 3 days through email and support tickets and have received no response. But when I would send in a support ticket that would make them money I would always get an answer the same day. The phone number on the check doesn't work, the email on the check never gets answered. So I have no choice but to write a rip off report, something I never like to do.
I just want a check I can cash or deposit.

Although I was never able to cash the check they mailed me, they did send me the money through PayPal. It took me a bit to finally get a hold of someone who would help, they did keep their end of the deal.

Shon, thank you for providing your full name so we could look into this for you, although to the best of our knowledge, the matter had already been taken care of and confirmed by your acceptance of payment.
On July 26th, 2013 you submitted a Support Ticket stating your US bank would not accept the commission check as it was drawn on a Canadian account. This is the policy of a few small USA banks and credit lines so PayPal is the recommended source for commission payouts. You opted to be paid initially by check.
On July 26th George Kosch asked you for your PayPal email address so we could send your commission payment.
On July 27th we asked you to confirm you had destroyed the check so payment could be sent via PayPal.
On July 30th, payment was sent to the PayPal email address you provided.
According to PayPal you accepted the payment.
To the best of our understanding this matter was resolved promptly and professionally. If you have any other concerns please contact our Support department and we would be happy to help you. Thank you to this site for allowing Worldprofit to provide our side of the story and help resolve this matter for the customer.

I am very sorry to learn that this person feels this way. We appreciate that this site gives the company an opportunity to respond to complaints. I cannot identify a specific problem within this that I can respond to or resolve, this person seems to be simply voicing their opinion which is certainly their right.
What I can say is that Worldprofit is now in our 20th year in buisness and provides website hosting, software, training, resources, marketing tools and mentoring to help people learn how to earn and market online. George Kosch, Sandi Hunter, and Jeffrey Lant are the original three co-founders who started the company in 1994 on a kitchen table. Today the company has over 1 million members around the world who enjoy our online bootcamp training and LIVE weekly interactive training sessions.

We are very sorry to learn that this customer had difficulty cashing a commission check from our Canadian company. On occassion some small banks in the USA do not recognize a Canadian branch ID so will simply reject it. If the rare event that this happens the customer can contact our customer service department and we will issue instant payment via PayPal. Our Members are encouraged to receive commission checks by PayPal rather then by check as we can pay out Members instantly rather than our Member having to wait for a check to arrive by mail.
The customer that submitted this rebuttal can submit a Support from from within their Member area, or from the main page of our site at worldprofit.com and clicking on Support or can email our customer support department and provide their full name and mailing address so we can look into the matter and respond to the customer directly. We hope to hear from this customer directly very soon so we can address the matter. All support tickets are responded to within 48 hours, we urge this member to check their spam folder in case our responses were misdirected and missed.

After seeing all of WorldProfit rebuttals, their standard rebuttal is they cannot comfirm that the person was actually a member because they didn't use their full name. I won't give worldprofit that excuse. My full name is Shon J**** and this check can't be cashed in the United States because it is missing the intermediary Bank that is required for the US to be able to process the check. That is what two banks are telling me. So why would you send a check to a United States address that you know can't be cashed?
