WorldProfit.com's Dr. Lant Dr. Lant is the rudest person I've ever met and because of his attitude I will never use the company. Internet, Internet

I bought into this scheme and know FIRST HAND how it all works.  How could I maKe this stuff up?  I knew nothing about Traffic Exchanges and Safelists and "opt-ins" until I joined world profit.  All your traffic is generated from people looking to either make money online...or get traffic to their sites.  You have to be constantly selling to each other...there will always be winners and losers in this scenario, the majority of them being losers.  If everyone was successful with this program worldprofit would be out of business.

You sign up for $100 a month to receive tools that teach you how to sell "WORLDPROFIT", "TRAFFIC EXCHANGES", and "SAFELISTS"

When I mentioned "dog training" and "dietary supplements" I was simply stating that this "traffic" your sources generate are visitors that will care less about these kinds of sites.  But that's the problem, a lot of people ARE trying to sell their "dietary supplements" or get people to their "dog training" websites, or whatever other example you could use, and the traffic you provide are only looking to view your website to earn their credits...THAT is ALL!  I'm not saying your site is affiliated with these types of industries.

Anyways, this is a lost cause because it goes in one and out the other for you Canadians. The Small few of you are rich because the system is designed so 95% of the customers that buy your product...FAIL!

There are several incorrect statements that I would like to address.

First this person has not provided a name so I cannot look into his account for a support or customer history file. We would prefer to help this person directly by name. 

This person states in his post that he is an ex-employee and this would be false as company employees are not permitted to engage in the affiliate marketing side of our business. Their role is only to provide support and technical assistance to our customers. All our employees are in Canada, not the US as this person stated.   

This person questions how Worldprofit generates traffic for our members and provides incorrect information about how this is done. The truth is that Worldprofit Inc., has been a successful home business training company since 1994, in our nearly 20 years in business we have had the benefit of creating a number of sites and advertising firms as well as partnerships that allow us considerable leverage for generating traffic.  Our customers get the benefit of these resources and expertise.

I am puzzled by the person's comment about advertising of dietary supplements and dog training as we have no affiliation or company holdings, or interest in either of those markets.

I am pleased that this person states he DID make money using our system as that is the goal of our company to help people learn how to earn at home from reputable sources. It is a shame that this person did not continue with our company to continue his success. He does admit to having received real value in his Membership.

Regarding his comments about Dr. Lant. Dr. Lant is the CEO of Worldprofit and he works daily with our Members to help them with marketing, copywriting, lead generation, blogging and article writing.  He is a constant public fixture in our Live Business Center and doesn't hide in his office. His mannerisms can be gruff and his comments pointed. The truth is that he is working for our Members all day, every day to help them build their online business. I am sorry if this person had a negative experience with Dr. Lant, had the matter been brought to the attention of our support team we would have been happy to address it.  For the majority of our members they appreciate the experience that Dr. Lant offers, and his urging for them to commit to the habits required to build a successful online business.    He's achieved his own success from good old-fashioned hard work , now he helps other people learn what they need to do online to build their own succesful business. Some people may not like his approach but you cannot deny his daily commitment over the last 20 years to helping our Members learn how to earn at home.

WorldProfit is one of the most elaborate scams on the net as far as home businesses go.  They promise millions of visitors to your website in such a short amount of time, but what they don't tell you is these visitors are going to be viewing world profit sales pages, and on top of it...they are people doing the same exact thing you are doing. They give you multiple links containing your WORLDPROFIT affiliate ID and have you post them wherever you please but the problem is, when people click these links they aren't taken to "your" website.  they are taken to a splash page or sales page for worldprofit.  

Now, if the person were to buy some sort of package you do get a commission, hence the affiliate id contained in the link.  This is why they false advertise and say "Millions of visitors to YOUR website" When in actuality it isn't yours at all.  Also, most of these visitors are from "Traffic Exchanges" or "Safelist Mailers"...again just people doing the same thing you are doing...surfing websites and earning credits so that you can email people with your links and have them view "YOUR" website.  The huge problem is...if you're actually advertising a website such as Dietary Supplements, or Dog Training because that's the career field you are really in, these will go unnoticed by the other people ONLY TRYING TO GET TRAFFIC TO THEIR WEBSITES. 

There are some positives such as tons and tons of information on different marketing techniques, easy to set up custom splash pages (but still only for worldprofit sales).  There are some decent incentives if you think you have what it takes to deal with Dr. Lant and his sidekick (I forget his name at the moment) but he's pretty much the brains behind all the programming...and become a "monitor" and broadcast to about 100 people at any given time, doing nothing but greeting people that pop into the sales splash page, and telling them to "just click right down there to watch the video".

I actually made a little money using their sytem, but only because i signed a few people up to world profit and it was no small task, and because I'm smarter than the average person I guess you would say.  Hours and hours of emails and viewing ads, and learning copywrite techniques, and the list goes on.  Once you get a sign, you automatically get all the persons info they submitted so you can call them right away to make sure they buy the platinum package.  It's just a vicious cycle of trying to sell the same thing to everyone.

I could go on and on, but to sum it up.  "Dr. Lant" is quite arrogant and an a** to say the least.  He belittles people constantly when they say they can't afford it right now or if they can't afford a certain package.  The sales pages they do provide look quarky and outdated, and there main focus is for you to sell their product online, and no other.

People looking for real "targeted" visitors need to do their due dilligence and not try to take the easy way out.  Start up a nice blog with a reputable host such as wordpress.  Learn about SEO and different places in your market to advertise.  Figure out creative ways to advertise your website outside of the internet as well.
