I was at a website where there was a questionaire that was asking general questions such as my name,address, and phone number. It gave the impression that these questions were for replying back to individuals as
a way to contact a person along with an email. The next thing that happened was that once they have your personal information, a person is automatically
signed up for their services, which they claim to be an email service and a long distance phone service for a fraction of the cost. There is no way to contact this company, other than to send an email. They also claim that they can be contacted anytime, which is false advertising also, since I had to search the internet to find a phone number to call, which took some time
and once I called, the recording said to call back between 8-5 weekdays. I am sure there are many unsuspecting individuals, that are being billed for
something that they did not realize that they were buying or authorizing.

This company then makes it a complicated chore, just to respond back to them to clear this up. This company has to be affiliated with the Vonage phone service, because it is operating the same way that Vonage does. They make it so difficult to clear up and and receive a credit, that the money that they receive and sit on for 30-45 days, before issuing a credit they are accumulating interest, let alone the ones that are paying for, and not even aware that they are paying for this service. It is a TOTAL THEFT process, that the FCC will usually take about 6 months to even begin an
investigation. This is FRAUD, through and though, with many unsuspecting individuals, with this Company saying," OH! were sorry, we didn't mean to do this, and we will make it right. " These are deceptive business practices and I'm sure it's much bigger than just a few people. This operation is being conducted onder the perpetration that they are a legitimate company. I
also see that there have been complaints submitted already on this bogus service company on your website already at Ripoff Report. I also became
