Worldwide Auto Inc. They sold a parts omly Nissan Quest to me. I asked Alba, my customer rep. if the title will allow me fix and she said yes. West Valley City, Utah

 I saw the 2012 Nissan Quest in Worldwide Auto,s website and I liked it. On March 18,2013 I got in touch with the company with the intent to buy the van. I was connected to a lady whose name is Alba as  a customer service representative. I told her that I specifically wanted to fix and use the Quest for personal use and that I did not have a juck yard. She said " Different States have different laws, NYS will allow me fix use the vehicle in the state.  She also told me that the title will not have any branding. I believed her, and when the car was delivered,  the title had non repairable on it. I called her back and she connected me to another Lady called Grace who told me that the car I bought is not to be repaired.

Why would I spend over $7,000 for a car that I cannot fix. I mad several efforts to get them to take back the car and at least sell it to a body shop who have expertise on stuff like that, but they refused to take my calls or read my nuerous letters. Mails i sent to them were returned as unclaimed.

I then went to the small claims court here in New York, I did not have a lawyer, the Judge told me that in order to hear my case, I needed a lawyer, and being that I cannot afford a lawyer, I sought the advice of a non-for-profit laywer who asked me to go to teh Better Business bureau or to any such agency. I believe that for world wide auto to sell such junk to me the must first determine if i am a dealer with junk car. It was never done in this situation. They ripped me off.

I have spent a lot of money storing the Junk I got for $7,000, I need you to please help me.
